What's included: On-site visit at your home or business, anywhere in the Illawarra or Shoalhaven Diagnosis and fix for software issues, device setup, connectivity problems, and general "why won't this work" frustrations No jargon — we explain what went wrong and how to avoid it next time Flexible bookings, including evenings and weekends Pricing: $120 for the first 30 minutes, $200 for up to an hour.
